First off we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us at biggie@delifreshthreads.com to start the exchange process.
Let me know your order number and what you received incorrectly. We do not accept returns, BUT we do offer exchanges on most items you have 15 days to let me know and if we have the shirt in inventory we will be more than happy to exchange it and send you the correct one. If we do not have the same item/size in stock we will let you know to discuss options. Shirts and hats must be unworn and unwashed. We are not responsible for shipping costs.
When you mail us your shirt. Please include return postage so that we can mail it back to you. If you have worn, washed, or damaged the item you are contacting us about- I am sorry but it is non-returnable.
Each shirt listing has a size chart so you can find your perfect fit.
