My guest this week is Joe Liguori, a restaurateur who is serving up award-winning burgers, bourbon, and beer at The Hangry Bison and is committed to sourcing the freshest ingredients within the community.  

I spoke with Joe on how he started with opening Pizzeria Valdiano, how he has expanded to opening several additional locations and how he decided to open The Hangry Bison and now with 3 of them being in Winter Park, Winter Garden, and Lake Mary and soon to be Bonita Springs. 

Joe and I spoke about his recipe for success, making the decision to make that call and taking a chance on yourself.
