I got to spend a lunch break with Jeremy Krauze and Chris Stonesteel, the owners of Society Sandwich Bar & Social Club in Greenville, SC, a 2 floor sandwich bar and social club specializing in gourmet sandwiches, ramen, cocktails and craft beer.
I spoke to Jeremy and Chris about how they came up with the concept and name for Society. Where they got their menu inspiration from, as well as, discussed how they started and opened a restaurant during the pandemic and how they get out of their heads. I asked Jeremy how he used his experience handling social media for other bars and restaurants and how he used his graphics experience from his clothing brand- White Rabbit Supply Company to shape the look and design for Society Sandwich Bar and what tips he had for others to be successful in creating content for their own businesses.
