I got to spend my lunch break with Chris Campbell, the head artist and baker behind Shoe Bakery.  Shoe Bakery is a mixing of Chris's lifelong passion for sweets and desserts and his love for shoes and styles and making sweet treats for your feet with cake-inspired shoes

I spoke to Chris about starting such a unique brand, how long it takes him to design shoes;  working with his spouse, hardest part of running a niche brand, as well as what helps him create brand awareness.
