I got to spend my lunch break with Nick Ortiz, the creator and owner of Little Box Guy, a clothing brand imagined and designed in Orlando, Florida. A brand that is a state of mind influenced by the culture and positive vibes that are created under the sun, on the sand and in the chill blue water..
I spoke to Nick about how he started his brand in 2012 and how he started the brand as parody and homages to cartoons and pop culture and transitioned to a more Flo Fresh style and FL Lifestyle. We discussed what caused his change and how once he found his "secret sauce" how he pivoted and ran with this new style/concept. We spoke about how he handles social media and how he handles doing wholesale and speaking with possible vendors. We also spoke about his thought process on creating and envisioning his brand and its future.
Lunch with Biggie is an Orlando podcast about small business and creatives sharing their stories and inspiring you to pursue your passion, with some sandwich talk on the side. Created, edited and produced by Biggie- owner of the sandwich themed clothing brand- Deli Fresh Threads.
