I got to speak with Adam Milsom - the GM and Chef inside of Kappy's Subs and Kappy's Sub Food Truck -A Maitland tradition since 1967- The Great American diner serving a basic menu of subs, burgers & hot dogs at a counter with stools in Maitland, FL and on the Food Truck

I spoke to Adam on how his family for over 50 yrs have owned Kappy's Subs. We talked about how he got involved in the family business. We talked about how he decided they should get and run a food truck.

Adam and I also discussed what he does outside of Kappy's like his love for Orlando City Soccer and Disc Golf. We also chatted about the importance of the love from the community has been for Kappy's Subs.
