I got to spend my lunch break with Grant Tharp, of Grant's Vintage Shop, vintage collectibles, decor, and clothing. He also created and hosts 2 evening night markets: TPD Thursdays and 407 Flea.
I spoke to Grant about how he got into vintage and became a vintage purveyor and started his own vintage shop. As well as, what led him to create and host 2 night markets.
We discussed what he thinks it takes to be successful in business as well as some of the interesting finds he's found from doing estate and garage sales. It was a fun conversation with him as well talking about another love of mine- UCF football and how Orlando is growing and has some great businesses and makers.
