I got to speak and have a lunch break with my former college roommate, Gary Cahen of Cahen Ambler Consulting, a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach.

Gary and I discussed what CliftonStrenghts are and what got him into coaching and working with others to understand their strength and using your human superpowers and how it relates to your success and also being part of a team.
