Alex's Fresh Kitchen- Alex Diaz-

I got to spend a lunch break with Alex Diaz, the chef, and owner of Alex's Fresh Kitchen- a family-owned and operated restaurant in Casselberry, FL, serving made-to-order meals with the highest quality ingredients.  Also the home of the "The Mamba Burger"! 

I spoke to Alex about how he started the business, and how "The Mamba Burger" was created.  Alex shared about having to pivot and make changes from being a breakfast spot to serving up brunch and burgers because of COVID.  I spoke to Alex about giving his chefs the freedom to create food as well as how it is working with his Mom.  We talked about the menu items tattoed on himself.  Alex told me about his vision and how he is part of his journey.
