 I got to spend my lunch break with Jeff Perera, owner of Jeff’s Bagel Run, a Central Florida business that creates small batch, hand rolled, boiled, NY style bagels. I got to speak to Jeff about why he started in the bagel business and how he has grown his business. We discussed the importance of social media and word of mouth as well as discussed favorite sandwiches. I also got to learn his thoughts on bagel toasting etiquette.
