I got to spend my lunch break with Bess Auer a Community builder. She is the Founder of Florida Swim Network and FL Blog Con and has recently written a book about community building- Unio: The art of intentional community building.

During my lunch break, we discussed how she created 2 different successful communities as well the importance of creating and knowing your WHY. We discussed why she decided to write her book and the different people that comprise the community you create including the negative ones. Bess shared how she handles self doubt and the importance on why all small business should create a community.
