I got to speak with Benny Rodriguez - the co-owner and chef inside of Benny's Burgers -crafting the most irresistible onion smash burgers and fries that'll have you hooked from the first bite.

I spoke to Benny about everything from how he got into making Oklahoma Onion Smash Burgers to what made them decide to open a food truck, his love for making food for others, and the welcoming Orlando community. I also gave a shout-out to Nico of @FoodonTheSpectrum.
