I spoke to John about how they started with a food truck and took the risk and opened their first location and then the 2nd location during Covid and now opening a burger spot. We spoke about why sandwiches and now burgers are the perfect vessel for him. He gave me some sandwich-making tips and burger tips too! We spoke about finding that balance of work and recreation.
