Orlando Water Hole Interview

Written by Biggie on November 25, 2013

I was recently asked by Orlando Water Hole for an interview for his website/podcast. This Orlando blog features a podcast about the people, places, and events that are shaping Orlando’s community. I think it’s a great idea about building a community and I love seeing folks like Ben that have pride for the city we live in.

I’ve done interviews before but I have never really done a face to face. Most interviews I have don’t are are not local so they send me an email and I respond. Ben wanted to take a look at what I call my “deli shop”. When you run a web store- most have no idea where you are running it from.

When we sat down I had no idea what some of the questions were going to be asked. So it was fun and nerve racking. He stumped me on some Sandwich and T-shirt trivia.

It was a fun time and I hope It was a good interview that others will appreciate.

Click the picture above to take a listen. I would appreciate if you can leave Ben some feedback and please share with others. You can follow @OrlndoWaterHole on twitter, Facebook, and of course OrlandoWaterHole.com

Side item:

I love how the name came about: In sleepless nights the mind wander and starts thinking of analogies of how water holes in Africa are the life-giving, community gathering places – just like what the site is trying to do.
