I got to spend a quick lunch break asking 4 questions to 3 restaurant/food truck owners – the guys from Team Fat Kid Food Truck in Virginia Beach, Orlando’s Sandwich Queen, Pom Moongauklang, owner of Pom Pom’s Teahouse & Sandwicheria, and the owner of Pig Floyd’s Urban Barbakoa, Thomas Ward in the Orlando Mills 50 District.
I asked them about what makes a great sandwich, their sandwich tip, as well as, what are some of the hardest difficult struggles of running a restaurant that people may not be aware of? I also asked about menu items that failed and what they did. It was a fun episode getting some great insight from various restaurant types.
