Happy 1 Year Anniversary to Deli Fresh Threads!!! I have officially been open for business for 1 year!
Time has just flown by. Granted, Deli Fresh Threads has been more than a year in the making. It has been a long journey just to get to where I am today. I have loved every minute of it, even the disheartening times.
I have so many people to thank and am grateful to those that have gotten me to this point. Thank you to all those that have supported me either by shopping at DeliFreshThreads.com or helping spread the word and telling your friends and neighbors about it.
Thank you to my wife, Kristen, for believing and trusting in me when I told her I wanted to start a clothing brand based on my love of sandwiches. Thank you for proofing most of my blog posts so they don’t read like a train wreck.
Thank you to the friends that would meet up with me to brainstorm and let me bounce ideas off of them. You all heard me talk about about anything from packaging to shirt designs way before I even came up with a name for Deli Fresh Threads. Thanks for lending a listening ear and for your constructive criticism.
Thank you to all those that have blogged about me and have interviewed me. Thank you to all those that support Indie brands.
Thank you to all those that have tweeted, retweeted, or shared Deli Fresh Threads. Thanks for posting your Facebook and Instragram pictures wearing your Deli Fresh Threads T-Shirts. It is so awesome to see you enjoy my shirts.
Growing up as a kid my parents loved making me sandwiches and they always did it with love! Thanks Mom and Dad for your continued support.
Thank you to Real Thread for treating me right with great customer service and making my shirts look awesome. I love working with them and hope to be making many more shirts with them in year 2 and beyond.
Thank you to my friend, Alex, who took pictures of my models wearing Deli Fresh Threads T-Shirts.
Thank you to everyone that has modeled for the brand and has allowed me to plaster their faces everywhere.
Thank you to all the brands that have continuously supported me before and now. Your words of wisdom and encouragement and suggestion are always encouraged and wanted.
I really am thankful and appreciate all the continued support. I hope to make year 2 bigger and better and at the same time be more active selling outdoors and being among the sandwich eating community. I learned a lot during this time and now its time to take the next step and avoid the sophomore slump.
I realized this year that though I am a one man Deli Shop, I have many people helping me along the way and I thank you for helping me do my dream. Thank you.
Please take advantage of the sale going on with my logo shirts. They are $20.00 till this Sunday at the virtual Deli Shop.
What would you want to see in 2014 from me? Let me know in the comments please.
